The regular surgery time for preventative treatment is Mon-Fri from 8-22, later in the night and during weekends we also offer emergency services for acute treatment. We have a ward that provides intensive care for animals whose lives are in danger, for after surgery treatment, for those in acute need of intensive care or for diagnostic purposes.

If you are planning to visit our hospital, please, always call us in advance to arrange it. If you need only preventative treatment, we will make an appointment for you to avoid a long wait. Also if you need some special examination, we will ensure that the best veterinary doctor will be available to provide the necessary treatment, if it is an emergency or acute problem during the night, it is best to be ready and prepared for your arrival.

When you enter our hospital, please announce your arrival at the front desk in order to enter your details in our computer managing system. At the receptionist you can also make an appointment for your next visit or surgery or buy e.g. antiparasite treatment, shampoo, vitamins and pet-food or diets (Hill´s, Waltham, Purina Proplan).

At the desk you will pay after each visit - we accept cash and all international payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, EuroCard/MasterCard, Maestro.

The owner of the hospital is MVDr. Vojtech Novak. We currently have eight doctors practicing, and they include: specialists of cardiology, internal medicine, ophthalmology and orthopedics. The external consultant of dermatology comes regularly from Brno. Here in our hospital, we have a wide spectrum of diagnostic possibilities: x-ray, ultrasonography, ECG, biochemic and hemathologic laboratory etc. Surgery and other treatments involving anesthesia are provided on appointment.
